S.Africa's Zuma, AU panel to travel to Libya

A group of African Union leaders, including South African President Jacob Zuma, will travel to Libya within days as part of efforts to end the crisis there, a South African minister said on Tuesday. Deputy International Relations Minister Marius Fransman said the AU panel will assess the situation.
