Kigali â€” Mozambican President Armando Guebuza is due to arrive in Kigali on Tuesday for a two day visit to Rwanda, aimed at persuading the Rwandan government to end its support for the M-23 rebels in the east of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
