A Friends of 21st September Born Association has been inaugurated in Winneba in the Effutu Municipality of the Central Region, in commemoration of the centenary celebrations of the birth of Ghana’s first President, Osagyefo Dr Kwame Nkrumah. The President of the association, Reverend Eldad Bonney, Lecturer at the Psychology and Education Department of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW) said the idea was also conceived to propagate the ideology of Dr Nkrumah and in honour of the dedication of the Big Six, who fought for the independence of Ghana.
Rev. Bonney suggested the government revives the “Operation feed your self” concept introduced by the Acheampong Regime and charged the Ministry of Food and Agriculture to initiate programmes to produce enough food for local consumption and export. He said Ghanaians should be encouraged to eat and patronize made-in-Ghana goods to sustain the local industry. Rev. Bonney appealed to the government to rehabilitate all road networks in major food and cocoa growing areas in the country to enable farmers to bring their produce to marketing centres to prevent post-harvest losses. He called on Ghanaians born on 21st September who supports the vision of Dr Nkrumah and the Big six to join the association online by logging on to: Friends of 21st September born @ Yahoo.com “. Thank you so much for your posting on VOAR's website regarding your research of Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
Please kindly spread the message of this prophet.
How can I forget my brother and compatriot Bro. Kwame Aboagye for your continuous support of the African Liberation struggle.
We have recently gathered a lot of information about Kwame Nkrumah (through Mrs Victoria Williams, one of your local radio station fans, who is also one of our favourite teachers), who has been the greatest African President. We just wanted to express our opinion on how amazing the First Black African President has been. He is a credit to Africa and we would've of loved to have met him when he was alive. He has made such a huge impact on the world like Barack Obama becoming the First Black President in America. This makes us truly proud to see how the world is changing and is full of equality...

Doctor Kwame Nkrumah dedicated his life and hearts amongst Africans to the core.
Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah was the only one who made sure Africans weren't commodities of the West any longer.
Nkrumah was smart, loving, courageous and he wasn't scared of telling the truth.
I've read two books of Nkrumah and that's Dark Days in Ghana and Africa Must Unite.
I am hope to read The Handbook of Revolutionary Warfare.
Osagyefo Kwame Nkrumah is defintely the father and architect of our African Liberation struggle.
I will always heal this great son, man and hero of Mama Ghana.
